Beef Processing & Packaging

Our slaughter plants meet the most exigent levels in the world. For this reason, we are authorized to export to the European Union (EU), counting with the approval of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

All carcasses are graded by meat color, fat color and beef marbling score, assuring beef quality with the proper amount of intra-muscular fat.

Our product is exported vacuum packed, in 20kg beef boxes, chilled or frozen, 21 days aged.
