Our Wagyu Cattle-Production

Our Wagyu cattle is raised and fed in Uruguay by specially selected producers in our Wagyu program, using best quality Australian Wagyu genetics, crossing with Angus, Hereford, Holstein, Charolais and Limousin.

All our Wagyu cattle is raised and fed in the natural pastures of Uruguay, with grain supplementation or feedlot (last 180 days) till 30 months age, following a strict natural feeding protocol in order to preserve the health and aspect of our beef.
